Why we started this.

We grew up around Houston and kept watching the same thing happen: a homeowner needs to sell, a "we buy houses" company shows up with one number and a hard sell, and the seller never finds out what the house could have brought another way.

So we built the company we'd want sitting across from our own family. One conversation, every option, real math, and zero pressure to pick the path that pays us the most. Our goal is always the same: your success.

What we're not.

  • Not a brokerage. Sellers First Home Solutions does not list homes itself.
  • Not a call center or an out-of-state iBuyer working from a spreadsheet
  • Not a one-lowball-and-a-countdown-clock outfit
  • Never a fee, or any obligation, just to see your options

Who actually buys your house depends on the path you pick and the property. Sometimes Sellers First buys it directly. Sometimes we buy the home ourselves and then resell it to another buyer, and we tell you that is the plan before you sign anything. If you opt in, Maxwell Buffamante can also send your home's details to independent investor buyers through eXp Realty, LLC; Sellers First is not the buyer on that path, and any commission or fee is shown in writing before you sign. Not every property fits every path, and we will say so. Listing on the open market is a separate service through Maxwell Buffamante with eXp Realty, LLC.

Jenny is the eye behind our renovations. When a house needs work before it sells, she calls what to fix, what to leave alone, and what buyers actually pay for, so no dollar gets spent on the wrong upgrade.
